Who can use the portal

The Hutsenpiller Client Portal at my.hutins.com is provided to active clients of Hutsenpiller Insurance Services, LLC and to authorized members of their household or business. Access is by invitation and authenticated by a magic link sent to the email address we have on file for you. The online quote page at my.hutins.com/quote is open to Tennessee consumers without an account.

Online quotes are estimates, not offers

Price ranges shown by the online rater are estimates only, generated from the information you provide plus third-party property data, using preliminary assumptions about coverage limits and deductibles. They are not an offer of insurance, a binder, or a contract. Your actual premium and eligibility are determined by the insurance carrier after underwriting review, which may include inspection, claims history, and a credit-based insurance score where permitted by law. Coverage cannot be bound online — no coverage exists unless and until it is confirmed in writing by a licensed agent and the carrier. If third-party property data about your home is wrong, the estimate will be too; a licensed agent verifies every detail before anything is bound.

The portal is a summary, not your policy

Coverage information, limits, deductibles, and other policy data shown in the portal are a summary of what we have on file from your carriers and our agency-management system. They are provided for your convenience and may lag the carrier’s records by minutes or hours, particularly during endorsements or renewals. Your binding contract is the policy issued by your carrier — not anything displayed here. Before relying on coverage shown in the portal for a transaction (a loan closing, a lease, a contract bid), call us to confirm.

Account security

You’re responsible for keeping your email account secure, since anyone with access to that inbox can request a magic link and sign in. If you suspect someone else has accessed your account or you no longer use the email on file, contact us immediately.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the portal to do anything illegal, to attempt to access another customer’s information, to disrupt the service, or to scrape data in bulk. We may suspend or terminate access if we detect abuse.

No warranty

The portal is provided “as is.” We try hard to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t warrant that it will be error-free or available at any particular time. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the portal beyond what state law requires.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wilson County, Tennessee.
